The Rosminian community at Ratcliffe College officially opened the Rosmini Centre House of Prayer on the aerodrome site adjoining the College in April this year. Father Antonio Belsito has done a fantastic job in creating a wholly spiritual environment within the Centre. This forms an integral part of the College by providing religious support to students and staff and by integrating the Rosminian ethos into the College.
This small Rosminian community is praying and living the teachings of Rosmini, founder of the Order and recently beatified. The centre is also open to the wider community for lectures, retreats, healing masses and provides a spiritual haven in the midst of a chaotic and busy world. Old Ratcliffians are particularly welcome to drop in at any time. The next stage of refurbishment for the Centre is the building of a chapel in the grounds.
